Jump Squats Exercise Videos

Jump Squats Exercise Video Instructions:

In this exercise you will be performing jump squats. Jump squats are done by squatting down and then jumping straight up launching your hands upwards, like you are blocking a basketball shot. Simply follow the arrows in the video.

Tip – Remember to keep your back straight and bend at your knees when squatting down.
