The website is meant to offer everyday average people realistic fitness goals.  The object is to try and reach the “Workout Target Goals” which are located on the right-side of this website.

In addition, you will find a chart labeled Rep Ratings” which displays how well you are performing each of the exercises.

To complete your workout goals, you should always get out and take a walk at least 3 days a week for 15-30 minutes.  Walking is simply best way to feel better both mentally and physically.

To help you we have available a Daily Workout Log that you can print out for free and track your progress.
